NewAutoPricer is a free lead-generation service that connects consumers interested in purchasing a vehicle with local, participating dealers. We are not a dealer, do not sell vehicles, and are not a party to any transaction between you and a dealer. We do not guarantee the accuracy of pricing, incentive, or availability information displayed on the Site, which is provided for general informational purposes only and is subject to change by the dealer or manufacturer.
By submitting a quote request through the Site, you consent to be contacted by NewAutoPricer and up to three participating dealers by phone, text message, or email regarding your request, including through the use of an autodialer or prerecorded messages, even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. Consent is not required as a condition of using our service and may be withdrawn at any time by replying "STOP" to text messages or contacting us directly.
You agree not to: use automated tools (such as bots or scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; interfere with the proper functioning of the Site; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by NewAutoPricer or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use.
The Site may link to or display information from third parties, including dealers and manufacturers. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content, the conduct of any dealer, or the outcome of any transaction between you and a dealer.
THE SITE AND ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PRICING OR AVAILABILITY INFORMATION IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEWAUTOPRICER AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY TRANSACTION WITH A DEALER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50). SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify and hold NewAutoPricer harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
